Darla is real. She is 24 pounds of comical perfection. Her big brown doe eyes say it all, “I’m Naughty!” Her sharp pointed ears that usually signal assertiveness fall instinctively behind her pointed face to convey, “I did it.” Her dainty stature is just an added ploy to get bonus treats from sappy hearted visitors. Underneath that tan and white fur is hundreds of meals stolen from unsuspecting guests. We have a saying around here, “Leave your plate unattended once, Darla’s fault. Leave your plate unattended twice, fair game!” Don’t let her fool you, we only offer premium dog food. The kind that gives you sticker shock at the counter every time you check out, but that gets untouched until days end when all other options have been exhausted. Even though she can be trouble, she is ours and we love her!
